Our school policies are designed to uphold our ethos and support the well-being and success of our students. We recognize and adhere to our equality duties as outlined in the Equality Act 2010, ensuring that our decisions and policies do not disproportionately negatively impact individuals with protected characteristics. We actively involve the entire school community in developing policies to achieve better outcomes for all.

In addition, we adhere to the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and The Prevent Duty 2015, ensuring the safety and well-being of our students. We promote the fundamental British values of democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty, and mutual respect and tolerance of those with different faiths and beliefs. Our policies also align with the Children’s Act 2014, outlining our duty to support pupils with medical conditions.
